Great widget. My only issue is if a post fits in to multiple categories, it will show all the categories ads. example is if I have a mario videogame, it fits in to mario, nintendo, nintendo 64 categories. If I have a banner on each category, it will show all 3 banners on the post page.

This doesn’t work 100% for me for wordpress 2.92 If I put something under the NEWS category (formerly uncategorized), it won’t show up on the front page, but it will show up with all the other category pages. The other category texts work fine.
Also, the widgets have a habit of mysteriously disappearing from the widgets page (still on the site though).
Still a good plugin =)
It also won’t allow things to just display under the index, which is odd.
This is not odd. It is a feature. Index doesn’t fit any category. This widget displays on certain categories only. You can use default text widget to display text on home page.
The first issue is weird though. Maybe it’s because of WP doesn’t count ‘uncategorized’ as a category.
I will see if i can find anything on it.
Thanks for your comments.
Point taken, looks like I will have to custom code something to display some text only on the front page.

Hello Griffin, just updated the plugin to allow your request. It now supports home page display also.
How can the ads be also displayed on posts? Can you add a functionality that allows site owners to choose to display ads on all posts or posts of certain categories?
hi, I have put a couple html codes into this widget and I was wondering how can I center the imagaes?
here's the page (it's the coupon & redplum images) http://www.funwithmoms.com

Hello Amber,
You can easily center your images using this html template:
<div align=”center”>Coupon codes come here.</div>
I'm still waiting for the answer to my questions.
Regards,
Consbons.
Hello Consbons, displaying an ad on certain post is way ahead of widgets area. If a blog has a thousand posts it would be pain to select certain posts. What this widget does is that, if the post you are viewing is in Category A, and if it is set to display for Category A, it will show. So not for certain posts but it works for posts of certain categories. If you have updated plugin you will also have option to show on homepage too.
